It is an independent house of 170 M² of living space on 770 M² of land, located 5 km from the center of Trégunc (shops, post office, medical house).

Trégunc is ideally located near Concarneau and its walled town, Pont Aven de la Pointe de Trévignon but also the Glénan archipelago and Quimper.
You will find a few minutes from restaurants, creperies and a casino supermarket 10 minutes away (open Sunday morning in season).
Possible activities in the surroundings: fishing, surfing, diving, sailing, catamaran, promenade on the coast, city tour, seafood and shellfish tasting, kayaking, fest noz…
