The Villa is located in the magnificent bay of Cavalaire sur Mer (famous for its 5km of beach, 2nd dive site in France, large nautical station - sailing, kayak, paddle, pedal boats, jet ski, flyboard, ..., its gentle way of life a few minutes from St. Tropez and the mythical beaches of Pampelonne),

Please note:
A deposit of 1500€ will be required on arrival (cheque or cash).
OPTIONAL : Hiring of towels (15€ / person) and sheets (20€/person)

The villa welcomes you up to 8 persons with hill view, sea view, flat and closed ground planted with palm trees, laurels, canes, .... Not overlooked.
the Villa is composed of :
on the ground floor: Living room, living room, master bedroom with its bathroom and shower, laundry room and separate toilet
on the first floor : 3 bedrooms ( 2 double beds and 2 twins), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC
outside: covered terrace (with table and chairs) overlooking the heated pool* from March to October, its beaches and pool house (BBQ area and outdoor living room), enclosed garden with trees not overlooked 1000m2

From sunrise to sunset, whether you are tanning or cool, you will find your place: swimming pool, deckchair, outdoor living room, terrace ...
In high season the free shuttle bus (stop 30m away) will take you to the town centre (1.7km) and the beaches of the bay while your car will rest in the shade of a palm tree in the garden.

Séjour agréable super hôte
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez olivier. La maison est bien conçue et très agréable à vivre. Petits problèmes de ventilation dans les salles de bains mais le reste était parfait! Olivier au top.

Excellent séjour
Très jolie villa située au calme, avec une très belle piscine chauffée et une très agréable terrasse équipée d'un bbq électrique efficace. Intéressante possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans l'enceinte de la propriété sécurisée par un portail électrique. Air conditionné performant et cuisine bien équipée avec frigo américain. Plusieurs belles plages accessibles en 5 minutes de voiture. Et merci à Olivier pour le cadeau de bienvenue Bref, un très agréable séjour en famille.

Excellent stay and great host
Olivier was extremely helpful and a great host. He was there on arrival and everything we needed from the villa was there. A short walk to a local campsite where we could get bits and pieces and a longer walk straight down to the coast. We were given assistance with bus timetables and finding our way round as well as reccomendations on where to eat and booking resturants for us. L'ancre Blue was amazing especially for sea food.

Why they chose this property

My maternal grandfather settled in Cavalaire at the end of the 1960’s. Naturally, I spent all my holidays here since my younger days (from the first steps in front of the family house to the sale of donuts on the beach before the arrival of the “mascots”). Later, I made Olivier (my husband for 20 years and father of our children) discover the bay. He loved it so much that we bought L’Or en Jade in 2006. Today, we have a new project on the bay so we rent it during the holidays.
We wish you as much happiness as us in it.

What makes this property unique

Recent but traditional construction completed in 2001, we started in 2012 some renovations and arrangement of decoration and comfort: paint from the floor to the ceiling, parquet, electricity, plumbing, bedding, etc.

Nestled in a green setting (palm trees, bay laurels, sugar canes, bougainvillea, bird of paradise, olive tree, etc.) on a flat ground not overlooked 2 km from the beaches and the town centre, L’Or en Jade can accommodate up to 8 persons with views of the hill and the sea.

From sunrise to sunset, whether you prefer sun or coolness, you will find your place: pool, sunloungers, garden furniture, terrace, etc.

You will easily park your car on the ground (which is very rare in Cavalaire) and enjoy the free shuttle (stop 20 m), the bikes, the motorbikes, etc. get around the bay.
