Come enjoy the simple pleasures of life in this newly renovated shore home. The first floor of this delightful duplex is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Only four houses from the picturesque sandy shore of Brant Beach, you will be able to conveniently enjoy the ease of beach life, as well as several popular restaurants and shops by foot or bike.
The first floor unit has a very charming and immaculately kept living area and kitchen that is perfect for creating family feasts and beautiful memories. Enjoy the grill, charming front porch, and socializing with the exceptionally pleasant neighbors that have been a staple to the street since first construction. This house is perfectly situated mid-island, just down the road from popular eateries such as trendy Daddy O's. Rent a bike 2 blocks away and cruise the ocean road with the summer breeze on your face. You will surely want to return year after year. The owners have built and maintained the home well. They are hands on and very accommodating. Enjoy!!

Outside Shower is a shared space with the upstairs unit, as is the gas grill. Both are to be sanitized after each use with the provided materials.

Awesome location and great space for a family!
The property was very clean, located a block from the beach, and the perfect size for a family. We were able to make our own meals each day in a very nice kitchen and also enjoy the outdoor grill. Further we spent a lot of time enjoying the front porch. Our stay was a perfect, relaxing vacation!

The owner is very proud to be amongst the first to purchase property on this particular street and remembers fondly all the phases and families that have graced her precious 40th Street. 15 40th Is close enough to all the action, yet just far enough to guarantee a reprieve from the hustle and bustle. Grab your morning coffee and a New York-style water bagel at Bageleddi's or a homemade donut from Ferrara's Bakery. Rent a bike solo or in tandem just down the street and enjoy the safe streets of LBI. Take the kids to Oh Fudge! (Lucille's Candies) to soak in the nostalgia and sweet treats. Fantasy Island, mini golf, and a ride down to the light house are not to be overlooked. This yellow duplex will pull on your heart strings and provide you with memories to last a lifetime.
