This half cabin is a great retreat just six miles from downtown Boulder. It is tucked along the walls of Boulder Canyon on Boulder Creek making it an ideal location for fly fishermen, rock climbers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. Additionally, there are nearby opportunities for skiing, cycling and mountain biking, tubing, swimming, kayaking, and scenic touring.
The cabin is divided into two private studio apartments, each with its own entrance. The setting is wooded and includes gardens, a wood stove for campfires and outdoor cooking, and access to enjoying Boulder Creek.
There are three cabins on our property. We live in the first cabin, so we can answer guests' questions and quickly attend to guests' needs.

Boulder Canyon is a magnificent natural attraction connecting the plains with the peaks of the Rockies in a short distance. At the entrance to the canyon is a park featuring enormous red rocks tilted vertically with spectacular views of the Boulder Valley.
The Boulder Creek Path, popular with cyclists and hikers, follows the creek for several miles in the canyon. A couple miles above our cabin is scenic Boulder Falls and the dramatic cliffs of The Narrows. Popular destinations for rock climbers are throughout the canyon.
Public transportation stops adjacent to our property for travel up the canyon to Nederland and Eldora ski resort or down the canyon to fine dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment in Boulder.
Jeff is a biologist and has traveled extensively around the state. He will be delighted to help you tailor your explorations and adventures to your interests. He is also familiar with the natural history of Colorado.
