OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Our end unit on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. NETFLIX provided. COMPLIMENTARY PARKING PASS. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) DVD, WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. Family-friendly video library provided. KUREG and coffee maker. Saturday to Saturday rentals April 1 thru September 9. 5 night summer rentals (April and August) if calendar permits (Inquire with Owner).. Winter Months: December, January, February, March 40% discount per month plus tax. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. Great Getaway
The unit was great, especially the location. Beautiful views and with it being an end unit it was nice to have the extra windows. Very quiet as well. Susan was amazing to deal with, always available for any questions we had.

Cozy Beach Get-Away
Our family loved the area! The condo was clean and just as described. Our kids loved the bunk beds and our teen was comfy on the couch (the pullout couch wasn't really for 2 people so she was glad it was all hers). Having the pool and beach so close made it super convienent with kids who needed breaks from the sun. The condo had a beautiful view of the water. We were even able to use the coin laundry and go home with all clean clothes! The condo was cozy and a little small, but just what this Michigan family of 5 needed for a week away.
