Penthouse Apartment in the Center of Downtown

A spacious 1 bedroom loft with a Walk Score of 96 is excellent for vacations, business travel, conferences, sports events, and exploring lovely St. Louis! Our space is perfectly located between all of the major attractions. You can easily walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, Americas Center (conference center), Scottrade Center, City Museum, Peabody Opera House, and many more. There's also a grocery store 1 block away, and many restaurants, cafes, and bars that we'd highly recommend.

The Space

The space has been outfitted with designer furniture everywhere. Relax and watch Netflix on our 60" TV. In the kitchen you'll find a beautiful Saarinen marble tulip table (designed by the same designers as the St Louis Arch!). The table seats 4 people and the kitchen island seats an additional 3.

Guest Access

You'll have the entire loft to yourself!

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is the perfect mix of being super close to all of the attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from loud bars at night. It's the most desirable area in downtown to live. The main grocery store is 1/2 block away with the best rated restaurants all right next door. There's also an excellent coffee shop just down the street. The entire area is also incredibly safe!

Getting Around

The nearest metro station entrance is just 2 blocks away. Additionally Uber and taxi options are plentiful. If you're bringing a car we recommend using the parking garage above the grocery store.

Best place to stay in STL
Great location downtown within easy walking distance to the dome, enterprise center, or bush stadium. Everything was as described and we will never stay at a hotel as long as this is available again. Great hosts with awesome communication.

Better Than Expected
This was our first time staying at a VRBO, so we didn't quite know what to expect. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, so we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The owners were responsive to our questions and very helpful. The usual downtown atmosphere, but we felt safe walking home at night from the baseball game at Busch Stadium. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great stay!
We travel to St. Louis every year for Arch Madness and this was a great place to stay. The listing was as described, and the access to the grocery store and parking garage a block down was a huge bonus. Check-in and out was seamless and the hosts clearly communicated everything we needed to know.
