Fine, but not great
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I asked for late checkout and that was easily welcomed. I was able to contact someone regarding the lock on the door and she responded quickly.Concerns noted with the condo (was offered maintenance however did not want that to affect our stay).- Some lights out in condo- Door in master bathroom did not close- Vent on the door in the bathroom was off on the right side, not completely screwed on.- Blinds were missing- Bar sink was filled with dark water- TV in bedroom wasn't working (apparently needed batteries in remote)- Stopper in sink wasn't working in 2 bathrooms- Toilet flush was off in first bathroomBIGGEST concern was getting into the condo after hours. It was VERY cold and the code didn't work twice. We had to call security, and they came after some time.

Social Distancing Vacation
This condo is beautiful, wasn't crowded and the beaches weren't either. The only issue we had here was the ac not working well, and even with the use of 4 fans it was very hot in the two front bedrooms. They did come out to work on it a couple of times and it finally cooled down a bit. Bring fans would be my only suggestion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice. You can definitely tell it needs to be maintenance. Exterior wall has water damage. Not telling what growing inside wall. Unit was very nice. We found it a little distributing the kids were walking around barefooted and there feet were solid black. My guess cleaning crew nor properly cleaning floors. Last but not lease the ac works but doesn’t maintain temperature throughout bongo. The back 2 rooms are a lot warmer than master bedroom. Overall we give it a 6 out of 10.

Good place in a quiet location. Not a great beach place for small kids.
The condo was a great size and perfect for our families. One of the toilets needed plunging a couple times and one of the bathtub drains was very slow but maintenance was available and helpful. One of the condo elevators was out but it wasnt a big deal. The pool was nice and they are serious about checking wristbands. The public beach is across the street, so it is harder to handle all the beach stuff and small children. Unfortunately we picked the same time as Scrape the Coast car show, so we heard reving engines and screeching tires at all hours that weekend. Once everyone associated with that show was gone is was quiet and calm though.
