About this property

Hear The Waves Oceanfront Penthouse

Spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from this oceanfront condo. 2021 complete remodel: new floors, cabinets, appliances, spa tub, tile shower, ALL NEW ! Whale watching from your patio. If you are an early riser we have amazing sunrise views. Rocky cliffs below with adjacent steps that take you to a quiet sandy beach. Very open floor plan with high ceilings that make it appear even more spacious. One and a half story stairway, so not lots of steps, but there are steps. King bed-large bath spa tub, and tile shower, and washer dryer. Well equipped kitchen. Water purification system in kitchen. Very nicely furnished inside , and out. Cabo San Lucas is about 1 1/2 miles from the resort for nightlife. There is a Fresca grocery store within walking distance. It is full service-gourmet food items, typical groceries, bakery, produce, liquor, and wine +. Walmart is approximately 1 mile away/and Costco just beyond that. There are three nice restaurants within walking distance, and the "Pool Bar" on site for light lunch/dinner menu + cocktails. Much quieter location than the downtown hotel locations as most of the units are privately owned. Beautiful pool area with swim up pool bar, and waterfall.
We are asked often about transportation. With car rental getting so expensive lots of our guests use Uber, taxis, and the busses work well for going into town. If you do rent a car there is a $ 3.50 per day parking fee that you pay to the gatekeeper. If you like doing scenic drives, and visiting other areas a car rental could be good. But, if you love enjoying the pool, and beach here on site a car rental could be a waste as you are paying for it while it sits in the parking lot. There is a shuttle service from the airport to the resort entrance.

Paradise at Lands End
Photos were no exaggeration. We knew we were going to stay in an exceptional unit ..., and we did. Everything about the complex was slow and easy. This not a resort. It's a quiet place. The staff and security are laid back and all very friendly. We enjoyed it and highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous stay at this Oceanfront condo
My husband and I spent one week at this wonderful, clean , beautifully decorated condo . The view from every corner is spectacular facing the Sea of Cortez . The sound of waves is so relaxing. The beach just steps is private and easy up access just steps away . We felt very safe with the security on site . The staff at the pool bar are so friendly and serve delicious food to order and excellent drinks , the prices were found to be very reasonable. The grounds are immaculate and well kept .We can’t wait to rebook our next stay . Martin and Robyn Speakman .

Beyond expectations!
Based upon the photos, we were expecting a nice place, but upon arrival we were in agreement that the photos did not do it justice at all. This condo was infinitely better than expected: airy vaulted ceilings, immaculate, unbeatable view, and well-appointed including spices, cooking oils, and even a bottle of wine, presumably left by the previous guest (we tried to pay it forward with the treats we left upon our check-out). Every day of our stay, we were treated to whales breaching right in front of the condo. The pool bar is super cute and the food was quite good. Ed, the caretaker, was very kind and helpful. We are already looking at the schedule to see when we can get back!

Second Stay
We returned to Connie’s Misiones unit in 2023 because the condo location and layout are perfect for my wife and I. Full-service pool bar with concierge and on-site mini market are convenient and economical bonuses; excellent up-scale restaurants within easy walking distance with great views of El Arco. Has become our go-to Los Cabos destination.

Absolutely Perfect
From the moment you step onto the property there is an immediate sense of tranquility. The condo itself it's a hidden gem. The terrace overlooks a private beach and cove. The constant sounds of waves crashing on the rocks was very calming as was the night time view of the stars. The condo was arranged and decorated so thoughtfully. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. This was truly a great place to spend time in Cabo.

My husband is retired from the wine business, and I owned and operated a real estate company , Harcourts NW Oregon Realty Group in Silverton, Oregon until retirement 10/2020. We have now moved to St George, Utah. The winters in Oregon get long, cold, and wet. We bought a condo in Misiones in 2004. Since then last year we purchased 1302 due to be lovers of hearing, and seeing the ocean up front. We love the resort. It is not as crazy as the downtown hotels with a lot of partying day, and night. There are a couple little convenience markets in walking distance. You don't HAVE to rent a car. There is bus service from the airport, and taxi service to town. There is a Fresca grocery store about 1/4 mile from the resort. The taxis are expensive, but you can take one in to Walmart or Costco and they will wait while you buy groceries. We sometimes rent a car for just a couple of days to get groceries, and owner tasks taken care of. If you are an adventurer then a car would be necessary for a drive up to Todos Santos, or drive to Santiago and hike to the Valley of the Fox waterfalls. Of course there are championship golf courses nearby; Cabo Del Sol is about 3 miles from us.

Why they chose this property

Comfortable oceanfront condo with spectacular Sea of Cortez views , and the sounds of waves crashing on the rocks below. Very private location. Just recently refurnished, and remodeled. An open floor plan, and high ceilings add to the spaciousness of the unit. Attention to detail throughout.

What makes this property unique

We are in a very private and quiet location. The only noise you hear is from the waves from Sea of Cortez crashing on the rocks below. The unit is like new from a complete remodel done after our purchase.
