Private, Comfortable and Unique Downtown Villa

Remodeled Villa, almost rebuilt (August 2023). It has a private plunge pool, BBQ area, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, private parking (1 spot) with electric gate, A/C units in all bedrooms and centrally located so you can enjoy walking to downtown (3 blocks) and just 5 to 30 minutes drive to all main attractions in the area.

You will have a supermarket just 1 block away open everyday from 8 AM to 9 PM with everything you need during your stay.

Excellent property just a few blocks from downtown La Fortuna where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs shops and much more.

Bedrooms Details:
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed and A/C unit.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed and A/C unit.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds and A/C unit.
Bedroom 4: Full bed, A/C unit and private bathroom.
All this 3 bedrooms are inside the house, the fourth bedroom is outside the house in the back yard.

Decent place with some issues
This was a great location and the place was big for a group of 7. However there was only one bathroom on the main floor and the toilet did not flush well. We had to dump the toilet paper in a basket causing an unbearable smell all the while. The place lacked basic amenities like an iron (which is a given in USA). This was minor incovinience, All in all decent place.,

Beautiful place with one caveat
Our group loved the house and the location. We were within walking distance of everything. Got to see so much of La Fortuna. Other groups we came with were jealous. Just one strange thing of note. The house is not completely closed off from the elements. The security door in the carport doesn't have an actual door on the inside. Not a deal breaker, but wasn't completely clear from the listing. A/C is only effective in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

We manage/own about 30 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 25 people some of them with private pools, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Once you book with us you will have access to our Drive Carpet with Check In information, general information about La Fortuna, restaurants recommendations, amazing discounts in all activities, special packages, rent a car with Adobe (The best one in Costa Rica), shuttles services from anyplace in Costa Rica and more detailed information to make things easier for you; if you have questions of anything you need just send us a message a we will get back to you very soon.
