Nice studio of 27m2 located in a small luxury residence of 2 floors, in ground garden, in front of the field of fairies, 100m from the beach of Nauzan. Quiet away from the main street.

Includes a living room with wardrobe (lift), kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and bath, 2 closets, veranda with garden furniture, table and chairs, where you can have meals, and shaded terrace of 15m2 with deckchairs and plancha.

It is 4km from Royan, 2km from Pontaillac casino and 1km from St Palais. Vaux sur Mer city center and all the shops are 5 minutes drive. Also 5 minutes drive from the beautiful park and Lake Vaux-sur-Mer.

Stop carabus 50m from the residence in July and August.

Activities: Beautiful walks on the Corniche (coastal footpath) await 200m from the residence and bravest can jog. Cycling (many bike paths), tennis, fishing, golf (18-hole golf course of Maine Gaudin 1km), petanque, sailing, kayaking, surfing, horseback riding (equestrian Maine Gaudin 1km), thalassotherapy (Thalazur de Royan), parachuting , ULM, first flight (Medis aerodrome at the exit of Royan).
