Great 3 season summer home for friends and family.

3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds the other with 2 single beds. Single Day bed and two couches in living room. Large family room/kitchen with family table to seat 8-10 for those great get toghters. Large deck with built in seating for up to 14 people with lake view. Fire pit. All linen, utensils, towels, extra sheets n bedding, games n toys for the kiddies too. 3 local pubs just a 7-10 min walk. Live entertainment on weekends too. Pontoon rental steps away at lakefront. Ask for contact number to reserve pontoon for 1/2 and full day rental.

Great getaway from the big city
Beautiful, clean, organized cottage with nice yard. Played yard games and enjoyed the deck and new grill all three days. Small creek in back with sound of water and big trees all around made it feel like we were truly in nature. 3 bedrooms. Tons of sheets, towels and couches. Every cooking utensil and dishware made it feel right at home. Right down the street from lake with marina and pier. Walking distance to a few local bars. Close enough to all the amenities of William's bay and lake delavan, but far enough to feel removed from it all. Friendly neighbors and very attentive owners made the stay even better. Not the most modern or sexiest lakehouse right on the water. But highly recommended for those that want an authentic lakehouse experience for an affordable price.

What makes this property unique

Neighbor has 3 pontoon boats to rent just steps from the house. 1/2 to full or multiple days. Cheaper than the marinas too!!
