In a luxury villa, quiet and well maintained, are rented 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, living room and dining room for the exclusive use of tenants

The lounges, dining rooms and air-conditioned rooms (one of 18M2 and one of 8M2) and large bathrooms and individual WC (9 M2 and 4 M2) are in an isolated wing of the house, which preserves your privacy.

The rooms and bathrooms are decorated with fine furniture and mirror. The tiled showers are closed by a glass door Securit.

In each bathroom for the exclusive use of tenants, there is a toilet. The bathrooms are new and well maintained.

Beds are made prior to arrival, with sheets adornments and new towels, quality. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, from stays of 2 weeks

A snack area with all the necessary for the conservation and the preparations of the breakfast (Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, shelves, crockery) is in the dining room.

A large outdoor terrace with sun loungers and outdoor dining room exclusively for tenants.
