Located steps from the prestigious Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester NY, Oak House is an executive guest house. Designed with golf groups in mind, the house features easy and comfortable accommodations. Renovated in 2016, this quaint 1950s ranch was converted to an open floor plan with lots of natural light—hardwood floors and tile throughout with radiant heat and a gas fireplace that centers the living area. Oak House is more than just a place to sleep – it's a perfect place to take a steam shower after a round or two of golf, nurture your feet on the radiant heat tiles, watch the big screen TV or play some cards with your fellow guests. Easy cooking with state-of-the-art appliances. And a grill right outside the three-season porch. Other amenities include:

Gorgeous, well-equipped house!
We had a great family gathering for the 2024 eclipse! The house is well located and easy access to so many places around Rochester. The property manager was really helpful and check-in was a breeze. Appreciated the many extra touches - toiletries, spices, utensils, and so many dishes! Thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect Wedding Weekend
What a gorgeous smart home. Handsome decor, great kitchen, spotless bathrooms and fancy features like the steam shower and push button fireplace. We had plenty of space to spread out and were very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood, with great proximity. Thank you for a great stay.

Great neighborhood
This was the perfect spot for us to stay during a visit to UR. Easy access to everything, lovely neighborhood for walking and good communication with the host. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay!
This house was perfect for our golf trip to Rochester. Fit us 4 guys more than comfortably, house was clean, well equipped, and I. A perfect location. Host was very responsive and flexible on check in. 10/10 would stay here again
