There is plenty of space for your whole group to spread out in this 2877-square-foot home. There are three stylish bedrooms spread across two levels, plus an additional sleeping area in one of the living rooms.

The first bedroom on the 3rd floor is a king suite, with a plush king-size mattress and two walk-in closets to ensure that you are able to settle into this home away from home. Enjoy the privacy of a Smart TV exclusive to this bedroom. The adjoined patio offers the ability to take in the surrounding views from three stories up. This bedroom has a sleek ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second suite on the 3rd floor also has a king-sized bed, a TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and full bathroom just outside the hallway.

The secondary living room doubles as a fourth sleeping area, with two double beds to accommodate additional guests. There is also a half bathroom for the common areas.

Each bathroom has been thoughtfully prepared and stocked for your arrival, with plush bath towels and essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

As guests, you will have complete and exclusive access to this entire home and the modern amenities it offers. Self-check-in and a Smart Lock system ensure absolute convenience and a seamless arrival. This is a pet-friendly home, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. We offer both a washer and dryer to our guests, an ideal addition for both short and long stays.

There is parking available in the two-car garage, along with driveway parking and additional street parking should it be needed.

I will not be at the property so no need to worry about supervision but please have common courtesy. Should there be an emergency or any requests, Percenti Hospitality will quickly respond as we want to make your stay effortless.

The "M Streets" is a quiet community but still walking distance to local bars, shops and restaurants. We are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, the American Airlines arena and uptown vibes. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville and McKinney Street are all within your reach so there are plenty of options to choose from.

Parking should not be an issue with a 2 car garage, driveway and street parking available.
Dallas Public Transport - City Place/Uptown Station is less than a mile away

For larger groups needing additional beds, we own the adjoining unit next door at 5100 Mission. The layout is nearly identical with the exception that 5100 has an additional bedroom downstairs.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
-No smoking of any kind ($500 fine enforced for smoking).
-No parties.
-Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave.
-We do allow a maximum of two pets, but they must be approved first.
-There is a $75 pet fee per pet.
-Please take out all trash including leftover food and drinks. DO NOT PUT TRASH IN RECYCLING.
-Please return the house in the condition it was found.
