Larger and much more luxurious than a typical hotel room, this studio villa offers four guests spacious accommodations right off of the lake and minutes from area attractions. The resort provides the idea setting for an unforgettable vacation or business trip with transportation to local theme parks and outlet malls, onsite dining options and a variety of activities, or simply relax and splash around in one of the seven outdoor pools.

The Studio Villa serves as a pleasant retreat after spending an amazing day at Orlando area theme parks or touring the city! Unwind on your private balcony or patio or, while inside, enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette with mini refrigerator and microwave.

Nice for the money
The room was dated and the linens were not great. The couch was terrible to sleep on and the mattress was super squeaky that it kept everyone up. We moved the mattress off the couch into the floor and finally was able to sleep but it was not comfy. The kitchenette area was cute and tidy. There was not a broom to sweep up a spill in the bathroom which kinda sucked but we made do. The shower door is very hard to open and my kid About freaked out thinking they were stuck. The staff was super nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful!

The resort was nice … they could have dusted and cleaned bathrooms better… my husband and I went and purchased cleaning products from the market and cleaned it. … … but overall great relaxing stay … we really enjoyed.

Horrible experience.
We checked in late and the lines for check in was long. We were offered to upgrade. When we declined we had to wait for them to shuffle because there were "no available rooms" We got to our room and the AC and refrigerator did not work. They cam THE NEXT MORNING to fix it. The fix was located in the room next to ours. It worked for a few hours but we came back to a room of 80 degrees. They sent someone to fix it again and the fix was locked in the room next to us. We had to wait for them to allow maintenance inside. Everyone ignored the broken fridge. If you have a neighbor like ours be prepared to have all of your clothes to smell of fried fish!!! You will soak in the smells of the neighbors smells. Eventually we were moved to another room and offered a gift card THAT WAS NEVER GIVEN and late check out. The second room was decent. The light fixtures were hanging out of the wall in the shower and the be was hard. All in all one of the worst get aways I've had.

Disappointing
We were not informed there was a $20/day/person charge for the lazy river, (which we specifically asked about before booking). The sliding glass door to the balcony was very hard to open, DVD player didn’t work, the phone in the room didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work (that was the only thing that got fixed.). We pretty much got the run-around anytime we attempted to get even one of those things addressed. Oh and discovered on the last day the tub didn’t hold the water. The second the faucet was shut off, you could hear it draining. There was also 87 kids in the hot tub, unsupervised, and there was a ton of leaves and things floating in it. Security saw all the kids in it and did nothing. My host was informed of all of this and did not respond at all. We only had contact with resort staff on property. I will never book a resort room owned by a 3rd party again. The host acted like he was not responsible for anything. Didn’t offer compensation or even respond once he knew there were issues.
