Outstanding value vacation rental condo in the wonderful Luana Kai complex! Garden style newly installed conditioning condo in an Eden-like setting with beautiful landscaping, palm trees and tropical plants.

Unique layout of the condo provides a double-length Lanai extending all the way from the master bedroom to the living room. Stunning views from both the living room and from the bedroom as you wake up in the morning. Dine outside on the Lanai or relax with drinks anytime. Comfortable shade lets you enjoy sitting outside even when the sun is at is most intense.

Stocked with all new kitchen utensils, pots and pans, microwave and toaster oven. Great setting for cooking your own meals or having a cocktail at the bar. All new air conditionings & ceiling fans in every room and extra standalone fans keep the cool air flowing.

Brand new king-size bed in the master bedroom and extremely comfortable California king bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a view of the garden with west Maui mountains. The second bedroom window offers a spectacular view of Haleakala in the distance.

Two large screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Watch all of your favorite TV shows and sports events in comfort after a great day at the beach. Brand new comfortable sofa in the living room with glass-top dining table and chairs, with two bar stools at the counter.

Two full baths with shower so all of the guests can have their own shower without waiting for others. Washer and dryer in the room means you can pack light and have freshly laundered clothes whenever you want. Fully stocked bathrooms with bath and hand towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo.

LUANA KAI is an oceanfront complex in a low density peaceful area of North Kihei, twenty minutes from the airport between Maalaea harbor and Wailea. Truly oceanfront, there is a five mile long Sugar Beach extending from the property north to Maalaea, perfect for long morning and sunset walks. A pool and BBQ area are located in the tropically landscaped seaside grounds, BBQ and dining area provides stunning views of the ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains and Lanai. It is a great place to look for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui’s breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs.

Easily accessible parking next to the condo. Conveniently located near central Kihei with a very nice Safeway grocery store and many other shops, restaurants and bars. Everything that you want is only a view minutes away. Close by the Piilani Highway for your excursions to Lahaina, Paia, Haleakala and all of the great attractions of the island.

We care about you, your health and well-being. For the health and safety of our guests, we block our units for one day between check-out/check-in to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We also provide self check-in/out.

Our promise to you, our guest, is to surpass expected safety standards so that you can relax and enjoy a carefree stay on Maui.

Just a short walk from the ocean over a nice grassy area to the dunes. A great beach is right outside your front door and you are very close to the long stretch of Sugar Beach and the idyllic beaches of Wailea with their white sand and clear water. Stocked with four brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs with beach towels for your convenience.

Intimate and friendly community setting. Great pool for lounging poolside along with clubhouse and several well maintained barbecue grills where you can cook your steaks to perfection as you gaze out at the sunset and the West Maui mountains. Cozy atmosphere at night when they light the tiki torches leading up to the pool and barbecue. Join your neighbors at the beach for every glorious sunset, taking pictures and listening as the traditional conch shell sounds as the sun descends.
