CapeSide Breeze is less than two minute walk to the Gulf on a private road to our deeded beach boardwalk and beautiful North Cape San Blas Beach. Cape Side Breeze has all you need for an affordable beach vacation. Sorry No Pets.
CapeSide Breeze has a very private shaded lot with pines and palms for you to enjoy. Our beach getaway, comes with a screened in porch along with a picnic area, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Our home is a one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath modular home with a full sofa sleeper. We have a flat screen TV with DVD, Wifi, full kitchen but sorry no dishwasher. Our getaway is located 3 miles to the beautiful St. Joseph State Park and walking distance to the Trading Post on Cape San Blas road and Weber's Doughnut shop. Cape Side Breeze has a privacy fence along the back and side of the property along with the trees this gives you a secluded feel, yet so close to everything including the beach.
Cape Side Breeze has plenty of room for boat parking with boat ramps close by. You can fish in the bay or walk the 1.32 minutes to beach and fish the surf.
At Cape San Blas there are many choices for outdoor activities including the nine mile biking trail, with bike and kayak rentals available within walking distance. Shelling, bird watching, horse back riding and snorkeling are all available on the Cape. Panama City is approximately a one hour drive. Cape San Blas is a family oriented town.. Our home is on a septic tank. Please do not put anything in commode besides toilet paper. NO wipes, sanitary products no napkins.
Late check out is $50 per 30 minutes, enforced after first15 minutes
Each comforter, mattress pad, couch cover, etc that has to be laundered due to extensive use, being left dirty will be $35 each.

Perfect for 2
Capeside Breeze was perfect for the 2 of us-bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked with all you need, the screened in porch (which is must for me) was spacious and my husband even had a “man cave” to hang out in with a bbq, picnic table and a place for our bikes and fishing gear! Can’t wait to come back!

Neat little spot
Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a little vacay! I will say the walk down the wooden trail is a little steep at the end perhaps for older folks, but nonetheless, a great spot and there are precautions set up to aid in the walk down the path at the end. Very clean, tidy, and organized!

We are a family of 3 my husband, our daughter and myself. We live and work in Middle Tennessee and our daughter is in College. We purchased Cape Side Breeze in December 2017 and we are super excited about our place. Our family enjoys going to the beach and we love to go as often as we can. We love beach vacations with the Old Florida Charm and we feel that Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe has it. Our family vacations have always been on a budget. Now that we have a beautiful place with short walk to the emerald waters of the gulf (1.32 Minute walk) we are hoping to share our place with other families like ourselves.

We love the white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas, Florida . We feel our property has all we need in great location (1.32 min. walk) and private beach access to the Gulf. Our home is a well kept and very clean modular home with pine trees providing a private feel. We are located on North Side of Cape San Blas on the Gulf Side. We are 3 miles from the award winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and walking distance to the Trading Post on Cape San Blas road. We have plenty room for boat parking and outside grill area. Cape Side Breeze is the best of both worlds. Affordable getaway and within steps to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf. We are simple by the sea. We are clean, comfortable and well maintained for half the cost. Cape Side Breeze is great for relaxing you can spend your day on the sandy beaches of the gulf only a short stroll away or fish the Gulf or sit and read in the screened in porch. Cape Side Breeze has the fishermen set up with plenty of room to park your boat or fish from the beach. The bay is so close, with boat ramps and the St. Joe State park is within 4 miles. Cape Side Breeze is a perfect place to enjoy everything Cape San Blas, Florida has to offer, beaches, parks, bay.
