Modern, beach décor. Remodeled, 2 bed, 1.5 bath, end-unit. This is one of only 12 units on the ocean (quiet) side of Village Manor. Adjacent to paved section of 9-mile oceanfront walking/jogging path. Grab your morning coffee. You are steps away from a delightful morning walk.

Uncluttered modern look with full resort kitchen. Remodeled kitchen has high-gloss cabinets, Acacia wood countertop and 6' long sideboard for additional small appliances and kitchen items.

This is an affordable option. The complex does not have a pool or other resort amenities. Both bedrooms have queen beds, quality linens. Ocean-facing bedroom has attached half bath and TV. Each bedroom has high-volume ceiling fans and dual pane windows for your comfort. The second bedroom faces the landscaped front area with tropical foliage.

A full bath has a double tiled shower, new vanity and provides separation between the bedrooms.

This is a bottom level, end-unit in low-rise, 2-story complex of just 24 units. Generous greenbelts are on the side and rear. A privacy wall separates the green belt from the adjacent, coastal walking/biking path that runs for 9 miles along the oceanfront.

There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Free parking. WI-FI is available with an additional WI-FI as a backup.

Upgrades include tile flooring, double shower, new vanities in full and half bath, new furnishings, two HD-TV's, new bar seating and pull-down shade on the back lanai. Remodeled resort kitchen, new bar-height dining with seating for 4, beach storage for boogie boards, beach mats, beach bags, beach umbrella and coolers.


Opening the doors to the covered front and back lanais allows breezes to flow through the kitchen and the living room. Bedrooms are located on greenbelts and have lots of natural light. The back bedroom faces a greenbelt with a newly constructed privacy fence. All rooms have overhead fans.

This is one of the few locations on Kauai you can enjoy without a rental car. Take a 15-minute taxi ride (7 miles) from the airport. Or let your friends and family take the car for the day while you enjoy walking to beaches, shopping, restaurants and nearby resorts. Rent a bike and enjoy a coastal ride near restaurants and shops. Snorkeling and protected ocean swimming is a short distance away at a nearby lava rock enclosed swimming area. (We recommend swimming only at lifeguard protected areas.)

The unit is located on the narrow strip of land on the ocean side of the highway. Upscale resorts are within walking distance. Walk across the street to two shopping centers to enjoy coffee, grocery shopping and restaurants. There is an oceanfront restaurant just steps away from the unit.

We invite up to 4 people to enjoy the convenience of a bottom floor, end-unit with no elevators, no lobby, no stairs. The unit is approximately 700 SF and is not comfortable for more than 4.

Free parking is directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking is available.

Yes, there are freely roaming roosters. We do have an assortment of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, some snorkeling equipment.

The location was not very good for using the beach. The rocky shore was not a place for anyone unless very experienced swimmer. Sitting area for eating was too small for a party of 4. Everything else was fine.

Cute, clean and central apartment near the beach
We loved our stay! Donna was very responsive and even drove to drop off an iron and ironing board. The apartment has everything you need and more, a well equipped kitchen and all the beach things you would need. It’s very clean and was perfect for our 8 day stay. We loved catching the sunrise and sunset nearby everyday and found the chickens (all over the island) to be endearing. We also loved how central the apartment was to everything (beaches, restaurants, grocery stores) and didn’t mind driving to the south or north for the day! We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Kauai
Highlights: Well appointed space, great kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates for four, wonderful trail behind the complex, cool bedrooms from the portable AC units that provided great white noise, quiet complex, minimal noise from upstairs renters (two sets), extra bathroom really appreciated, tastefully decorated, owner was really accommodating towards our family and very responsive, laundry facilities worked well.

The property is in a good location just off the main highway and close to shopping. Nice kitchen with all the modern appliances, quality bed and linens, Clean and quiet. Just a nice place to stay for a pleasant vacation.

Why they chose this property

The County has completed the section of the 9-mile ocean front walking/biking path that is adjacent to the greenbelt at the back of our unit. It has made a big difference in the resort feeling of the unit. The privacy wall is concrete block and far enough away that we don't hear noise. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the path. If you love to bike, there are many rental places within walking distance. There is no better place to ride a bike or walk on Kaua'i.

We are able to provide an affordable vacation rental that accommodates up to 4 people. The complex does not have a pool or tennis. There is a nearby resort and restaurant.
