Island Winds West is a direct Gulf front complex. This unit has a direct Gulf and beach view, some units in this building only have an indirect view.

Island Winds West amenities include:
❤️Gulf access with a boardwalk
❤️2 elevators
❤️An outdoor beach-side pool
❤️Brand new poolside restrooms!
❤️A small kiddie pool for the little ones next to the outdoor beach-side pool
❤️BBQ and picnic area by the pool
❤️Outdoor shower by beach access for rinsing off

Other things to note:
1. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival.

2. Guests will receive a link before their arrival date to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that do not pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a higher price by the HOA when they arrive and purchase the parking passes from the onsite staff. .

3.This unit is allowed to purchase 2 parking passes.

4.There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking. For more information on availability and price you can contact them directly. Unfortunately this platform will not allow me to share the phone number so google Island Outfitters near Island Winds in Gulf Shores Alabama and it will come up.

I have one unit in the Island Winds East building and another in the Island Winds West building right next door so if you have a need for more than one unit feel free to reach out and we will see if we can get the dates to work out to accommodate your needs.

Guest must provide a copy of a state issued photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used for any payment. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Perfect location to relax and get to know Gulf Shores, Al.!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely condo. The location is so handy and the views priceless!! Wanted a vacation to get away and “unplug” and couldn’t have been happier. We really had no issues for which we had to contact Terry. His communications were thorough, easy to follow and very timely! Our son and family came for visit and the two bedrooms worked out very well! Thank you for allowing us time in your lovely condo. Jim & Terri Glenn

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores.
We had a wonderful time in the Gulf Shores and will definitely be back next year. "Sit N Sea" was a great place to stay. The location is amazing and the accommodations were very nice. Terry was very quick to respond to any issues we may have had. We have already booked this condo for next year and we can't wait to be back.

We love the Gulf Shores area and love to visit as often as we can. When we are away we choose to host families that are looking to have a great vacation and make lifelong memories with their families. One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.

Why they chose this property

This unit is walking distance to the Hangout, less than 1/4 mile! It is walking distance to many souvenir shops & restaurants. You will not find a unit that has a better view than this one!
