Awesome Ellicottville retreat! Cozy up after a day of enjoying the outdoors in our 2 bedroom cabin with 1.5 baths, and hot tub. Our cabin is perfect for couples and small families, it sleeps four total. Recent remodel includes new fireplace, living room furniture, smart tvs, kitchen upgrades and high speed internet and central AC.

This is an ideal location to spend time relaxing this summer. Enjoy lawn games or just chill out in the large tree lined back yard with views of surrounding hillsides. Make dinner on the gas grill, soak in the hot tub and end the evening around the firepit. Hike Allegany State Park, visit Holiday Valley Sky High Adventure Park, go mountain biking, paddle board or kayak at Spruce Lake. Enjoy antique tours, spas, shopping and dining in the quaint village of Ellicottville. Regardless of what activities you enjoy, they are all easily accessible from this cozy country cabin.

Please note loft bedroom is accessible by ladder. Bunkbeds are available for more sleeping options. Bunks are located behind a wall in the living room (not fully enclosed).

Sugartown Cabin is not available during ski season November - March. We welcome renters again in April.

Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much
We stayed here in 2019 and loved it, and were happy to get back in 2022 after Covid kept us from crossing the border for so long. Its a great spot to go in the fall to see the Allegany colors and visit Ellicottville. The hot tub is great in the evenings and the cottage itself is clean, quiet and stocked with anything we would have needed. We'd happily come back. Only minor issue (and beyond the control of the owners) is that we noticed when Ellicottville gets busy on the weekend it puts a bit of a strain on the cell/wifi reception at the cottage, and it gets better again later in the evening. Not really a big deal since we were mostly out during the day. Hopefully in time some more towers get built in the area to improve that.

Perfect quiet getaway cabin
We loved our stay here. 10 mins from Ellicottville and 20 from Allegany Park. Nice quiet location with deck and hot tub to enjoy the outdoors. Cozy and modern indoors with everything we needed.

Amazing location
This was an absolutely amazing stay for us. The location was far enough out to be a quiet stay, but close enough to town that we could easily get there to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend it!

We own and manage the cabin ourselves. We spend our winters here and weekends year round and offer it to guests when we are not using the cabin. It is our only property and we are very repsonsive to questions and needs of our guests.

This cozy cabin is our winter getaway and we are happy to share it with you in the other seasons. Many updates, well stocked and lovely views. It is a quiet rural setting yet still close to town.
