Close proximity to Desert Ridge, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, and hiking. Quick access to the 51 and the 101 makes it easy to take advantage of all the valley has to offer!

This first floor condo is fully equipped and recently renovated. It features an open concept living area with a large patio. Take advantage of high speed wireless internet, local channels, and cable channels via Sling TV. The fully furnished kitchen has a large bar area with space to prepare meals and ample cabinet storage. The bedroom has a king sized bed and a two closets. The bathroom has tub/shower combo and there's a stackable washer and dryer in unit. Unit comes with one covered parking spot and additional uncovered parking for guests close to the unit.

Lovely Condo :)
Travis and Brieanne’s condo was lovely to stay in and they were one wonderful hosts. The condo was well stocked and the covered parking spot is right outside your door which is very convenient for loading and unloading groceries and other items. The facility itself feels very safe, is well maintained and it is in a convenient area for getting to and from the highway and with regards to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this condo as a rental choice. 👍🏻 Barry 😁

We had a great time in Scottsdale. The owner of this condo, Travis, was great. Helped us with any request. Condo was everything it stated. Would go back in a flash!!
