Lovely country home
It was very enjoyable to stay at Frank and Marian's place. It had all that we needed and was very comfortable and inviting. The view of the sea out the front facing windows was breathtaking! You will love staying there.

An Irish Home to Treasure
My adult daughter's first impression was that it was a bit too remote, but she came around to my point of view that it was just about perfection. Only 10 minutes from Doolin, 20 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher and Ennistymon's great grocery store and 30 minutes from both Lahinch and the main attractions in the Burren, I found it to be as central a location as one could find in that part of rural Ireland. And Galway was only 1.5 hours away. It was an ideal house for the 6 adults and 2 children, with the bedrooms and baths convenient for all. The carpeted floors upstairs helped keep the house quiet. Frank and Marian were wonderful hosts, getting us reservations at McDermott's pub for dinner and music. The front picture window framing an unobstructed view of the Aran Islands was always a joy to behold. I would love to return someday.

Incredible location
Simply stunning location near the Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Remote and private enough to be able to enjoy the peaceful nature of the area, but less than a 10 minute drive down the road to Doolin and just a few more minutes to the Aran Island ferries and he Cliffs. The house itself was very clean and well appointed and we made use of the outdoor grill a few times. It was surprisingly spacious and was perfect for our group of seven, including one small child. The front room and front yard has incredible views of the Aran Islands and Atlantic Ocean which we will never forget.

Tolles Ferienhaus

We both grew up in this area and built Fuschia cottage (our other property) as our home in 1995 when we got married. We purchased this property in 2009 and then set about making it a "home from home" . We both have worked in the catering business since college and have our own boutique B&B - Sheedy's Doolin - in the village. We have two children (now young adults ) - Blathnaid and Jack, and our OES Bertie.
We enjoy guests coming to our home and make every effort to ensure their holiday in one to remember. Several guests return year after year so they are now family friends.

Why they chose this property

Unique locations with wonderful views. The cottage is maintained by ourselves and therefore kept to the highest standard. Its a great family vacation home or a romantic hideaway . It is designed to feel like "home away from home" We are on hand to personally greet and assist all our visitors with advice on where to go and what to do. Nothing is left to chance and we value our customers business.

What makes this property unique

The views - amazing sunset views over the Aran Islands. Spectacular views of Galway bay and the Wild Atlantic Ocean. Burren and mountain views. Private and quiet location.
Easy access to all the attractions in the area.
