This unique, upscale loft is located on Patton Avenue, between Church Street and Lexington Avenue, in the absolute heart of downtown Asheville. Offering 1800 square feet of spacious comfort and located steps away from many of the best galleries, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Asheville. The Loft at 35 Patton is owned by Asheville artist Eli Corbin, and is full of her colorful paintings. It has been a featured loft on the Asheville Museum Loft and Art tour.

The loft is located in one of Asheville’s historic buildings. Architectural elements include expansive windows with a view of Church Street, wood floors, original tin ceiling, custom forged wrought iron railing, and a beautifully designed copper surround fireplace. It features a split level living room, spacious kitchen, open family room, and two bedrooms - each with private baths.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, and stainless steel appliances.

The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with Stearns and Foster pillowtop mattress, while the master suite offers a king-size pillowtop. Luxurious linens and robes are supplied for your comfort.

Beautifully appointed, this loft includes modern furnishings paired with antiques, original art, and various imported one-of-a-kind pieces. Many of the art and design items are available for purchase.

The Loft at 35 Patton is located on the second floor with 2 entrances. One is off the elevator with access to both College Street and Patton Avenue and the other is a stair access directly

off Patton Avenue. The College Street entrance is directly across from the Rankin Parking Deck.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, treat yourself to a massage at Spa Theology, just 2 doors down...and as a bonus, our guests receive a discount. Also, you will be directly across the street from Tops For Shoes - a well known shoe store that has a huge selection of footwear for the entire family.

Spa Theology is 2 doors down from the entry to the Loft. They provide a 10% discount if you mention you are a guest at the loft. The convenience and location of this loft can not be beat. Tops for Shoes is located across the street from the entry to the building. The loft is less than one minute (by foot) to the town square (Asheville Art Museum, Pack Square, Biltmore Avenue and Broadway, BB&T Bank, Rhubarb and Rhu, as well as other restaurants (and The French Broad Chocolate Factory)...as well as many other hot spots in Asheville.

Only a couple of miles to The Biltmore House and The Grove Park Inn. The Arboretum with acres of hiking and biking is 15 minutes away, as well as numerous other hiking trails in and around Asheville.

WE REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY, BUT WILL ACCEPT 2 NIGHTS BETWEEN RESERVATIONS AND FOR LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made prior to 31 days before arrival will be refunded minus a $125.00 administration fee or 8% of the reservation, whichever is higher. Refunds will be issued back to Guest by CHECK and do not include a refund of service or booking fees charged by listing sites.
Cancellations made less than 31 days before the Arrival date will forfeit 100% of the monies paid. If the property is re-rented for the full period of the cancelled reservation and confirmed with full payment, a refund to guest will be issued, less the administrative fee. If property is not re-rented for the full time period of the cancelled reservation monies paid will be prorated. There will be no refund for early departures or no-shows.
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended to protect potential financial loss.

No Smoking and No Pets allowed. Check-in is at 4pm ; Checkout is at 11am. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged no less than 48 hours in advance.
