Perfect location to explore sunny San Diego's destinations.

A Fabulous furnished condo with two primary suites, set up with living and kitchen areas down the middle so each has its own privacy space. No stairs. The balcony overlooks a landscaped pool and can be assessed from either the bedroom suite or the living room, so three sliding doors out to the balcony. Washer and dryer in the hall closet for easy cleaning. Two hot tubs to relax in, one off the pool area and one off the north side near the stairs. Kitchen appliances include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The nice quiet community especially after 10 pm for quiet hours. Great central location right off the 15 for easy access to La Jolla, Mission Bay, and San Diego's endless beaches. One parking spot in a tandem garage and one with a parking permit.

Keryn was a fantastic host and very communicative with the arrival and stay as well as any questions that may have had while staying there. The Condo was clean and had most amenities. It was disappointing that the complex grill did not work.

Great Accomodations with a tiny glitch!
Overall our stay was great, with the exception of the "great Southern California Heat Wave"! Before we arrived we received an email that the Air Conditioning was not working in the condo, so it was a bit warm upon our arrival. Keryn worked her magic and found a portable a/c unit within a few days to cool down the condo. A bit noisy, but that and the help of fans, kept us comfortable during our 2 1/2 week stay. The condo is convenient to everything and yet a very quiet area. It overlooks the pool as stated in the info pkg. And we used it often!! Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! A garage is available for 1 vehicle, but guest parking is nearly impossible. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Quiet location easy driving to downtown and sites.
We found Keryn’s place to be clean, quiet, and easily accessible. The condo was well equipped with all amenities needed for our stay. When we visited, daytime temps were over 80* with night time temps below 70*. We left all three sliding doors open all night long but the condo never dropped below 75* as there doesn’t seem to be any airflow and the only fan was a tower fan which did not do much to draw the cool and in and circulate it around. I also couldn’t get the grill started, but maybe that was just me. Fans are a easy fix. We would definitely stay there again if visiting San Diego. If there were a couple of box fans, it would have been a 5 star stay for us.

Beautiful and quiet
Karyn was great and very responsive to everything. The place was spacious, clean and exceeded my expectations. We were able to make ourselves at home, and didnt really have to buy extras other than our food. The neighborhood was noce and very quiet.
