Say hello to Mar Vista Grande Unit 710! Over 100 Five Star Reviews! We completed a full renovation in January 2018 and added a few more touches in November 2018, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024 including fireplace, new owner, hall and Jr suite baths, wood flooring throughout, kitchen backsplash, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans. It would be our pleasure to have you and your family as our guests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Mar Vista Grande is North Myrtle Beach’s preeminent high-rise. Clean, manicured, secure and jam-packed with amenities. Large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge space; a lazy river, hot tub and a private Tiki Bar. When you want to be out of the sun there is a spacious indoor/covered pool area with a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi and play area. For those who want to hit the gym there is a modern exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, machines and free weights. Lastly location, location, location – Mar Vista Grande is 4 miles from Barefoot Landing and close to many fine restaurants and attractions.

Unit 710 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 on four queen beds and one king in the owner's suite. Our unit has been completely upgraded with new bathrooms, paint, hardwoods, lighting and all new stainless steel appliances. Every piece of furniture from beds and mattresses to sofas and chairs, right down to the dining table on the expansive balcony is brand new.

For your indoor downtime check out the new 55 inch smart TV’s in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a 43 inch smart TV in the junior suite and front bedroom. Each TV has a dedicated DVR and Blu Ray player. Wi-Fi for your laptop, tablet or Netflix is excellent with a dedicated signal for the unit.

Whether you prefer sunrises or sunsets, we know you will find our home away from home a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We look forward to sharing our getaway with you.

Amazing family friendly vacation!
Thank you so much Eric and Donna for sharing your lovely property. From check in to check out our stay was hassle free. The unit is spacious, we are a family of 5 and never felt crowded, and the view of the beach and ocean were fantastic. The building is close to grocery stores which was great and made it easy for us to pick groceries up to make some meals in the unit. Thanks also to the quick responses from the property manager! She was very helpful. We will definitely be planning a trip again.

A beautiful place to stay!
This condo is great. Nice finishes. Really clean. Great view. Secure, nice building. The only thing I would say was not ideal is that there are no beach necessities provided - no beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Also, no shampoo, lotion, dish soap, laundry soap. Some VRBO's supply this stuff so you don't have to spend your vacation shopping for it, or buy supplies that will be hard to bring home, especially if you flew to the destination like we did. Otherwise, a truly fantastic unit.

Absolutely gorgeous beach condo!! Highly recommended!
Just returned from this fabulous vacation and couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness and absolute comfort we experienced! The beds were SOOO comfy, no backache the next morning! There is a generous soaking tub in two of the bathrooms and newly renovated rainfall showers. Huge TVs had all the streaming services, DVRs and Blue Ray players. I particularly loved the collections of books and board games! The balcony was breathtaking and we spent a lot of time in the comfy balcony furniture. My favorite feature was the remote controlled mounted fireplace…I am already shopping for one just like it for my home! The couches were fantastic with these big cozy pillows and roomy enough for everyone to have plenty of space. Very tastefully decorated and beautiful! The spectacular sunrises are sometimes hard to see in North Myrtle beach, but perfect viewing from this condo balcony. I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo was and we plan to come back here year after year! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Spring Break w/ Family
The condo was so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was perfect for our whole family. The beach was easily accessible and the pools were the best heated pools we’ve ever used. We will be back!

Mar Vista Grande is simply the best building in North Myrtle beach. Clean, safe and consistently updated. The condo's are roomy and the views are spectacular. Largest balconies that I have seen anywhere. The owners take pride in this building and it shows. Lastly, the location and amenities cant be beat.

What makes this property unique

Mar Vista Grande has its own in-house Spa by appointment only. It also has a newly updated exercise/fitness room. There are two indoor pools and one hot tub along with an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and a hot tub next to the Tiki bar. Building entry is secured with key code access and cameras.
