Front enclosed porch with futon, each bedroom features a full or queen sized bed, bonus back sun room offers a trundle bed that can be used as a twin or full sized bed. Central air/ heating and hardwood flooring. Coin-op laundry found in the basement. Less than 5 min walk to the Red Line Alewife T station. Easy access to Fresh Pond Mall; Trader Joes, Whole Foods, CVS, TJ max, movie theater and several other stores. Harvard, Davis Square, Porter and MIT, only 1-3 stops away! Minutes to Route 2. Location can not be beat!

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

On-site rental parking available. If you need a second parking spot, we can work on getting a permit but we need to know ahead of time. If we don’t receive an advanced notice, we can not guarantee a parking permit.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

Large, well appointed space, very nice kitchen and updated bathrooms.
This condo is located on a quiet street. The 4 bedrooms, comfortable living room, full kitchen and nicely updated bathrooms make it a great space for multiple family members. The one concern we had was addressed immediately and the management team checked in with us regularly. We did not have our car, and we were pleased that our wait time for an Uber was always quite brief.

Great place for family!!
Excellent place for family gathering! Very cozy with upscale amenities. We stayed on the third floor, which did have a lot of stairs, but our parents managed. We would definitely stay here in again!
