Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as you walk into the park from your doorstep! Beautiful new cabin on the boundary of Zion National Park gives you the ability to access the East Rim Trail, Observation Point, & connecting trails by foot. Five minute walk to Zion trails; 15 minute drive to the Zion Park East Entrance.

Open floor plan with two bedrooms, loft, & two and a half baths; fully equipped kitchen (bring your own food ;-). Queen bed in master suite, queen bed in downstairs bedroom, two twin beds, one bunk bed, and twin futon in loft; sleeps nine. Washer/dryer, gas fireplace, high speed internet access, blu-ray disc collection with two blu-ray players; 5.1 home theater system & two flatscreen TVs. Sitting areas in great room and upstairs loft. Wrap-around, 600 sq. ft. covered deck overlooks the sunset. Gas grill, gas firepit, & outdoor seating allow you to relax & watch the stars come out with dinner & a glass of wine.

Located in Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort (Named Top Six Adventure Resort in the nation) with access to amenities such as two-tiered swimming pool with water slides & hot tubs (access provided by ranch; $10/person use fee applies), mini golf, ATV tours, jeep tours, bungee trampoline, paintball, mini-golf, horseback riding, rock-climbing wall, basketball court, tennis court, & guided tours; all an easy five minute drive from your front door! (Priced according to activity; seasonal availability, detailed list available from ranch main office or website).

Whether you’re into hardcore adventuring, or in the mood to kick back & unwind in the midst of spectacular scenery, this cabin provides you with all the comforts of home in the perfect location!

SPECIAL NOTE: our gravel road is not plowed. During the off season (mid November - mid March) it can be difficult or impossible to navigate depending on snowfall, even with 4WD and a high clearance vehicle. Also, as the snow melts it creates very slippery mud. It is important to be aware of weather conditions when making plans for this time of year! Because weather conditions are sometimes unpredictable, we DO allow cancellations/refunds up to the day of your trip DURING OFF SEASON ONLY, when due to weather conditions.

Amazing spot!
This was a perfect getaway. Tim and Jenn are wonderfully helpful and attentive. They gave us some great advice. The cabin itself is fantastic. Very comfortable and has all you need. The area is beautiful of course and the cabin is not surrounded by many other homes, so you have privacy. Overall, can't recommend this enough. It was a great place.

Perfect experience
Tim and Jenn were superb in their communication and follow through. The property was spotless, beautifully situated and amazingly organized. I have not had such a great experience with other properties I have rented. This property is ideal for visiting Zion National Park and surrounding areas. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Peaceful Cabin Retreat - A Perfect Base for Zion and Bryce Canyon Explorations
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, offering us valuable tips and recommendations for our visit to the area. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the cabin not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking, bed linens and towels were provided as well as basic toiletries and cleaning supplies and it was very convenient having washer and dryer on site. One of the highlights of this cabin is undoubtedly its location. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful area, it served as the perfect retreat after a day of adventure and exploration in Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The tranquility of the cabin provided a stark contrast to the busyness of our daily lives, allowing us to truly unwind and immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature. In addition to the cabin’s many comforts and conveniences, the hospitality of our hosts truly made our stay memorable. Their eagerness to ensure our visit was enjoyable, combined with their knowledge of the area, added a personal touch that set this experience apart from other rentals we've encountered. For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst some of the most beautiful landscapes Utah has to offer, I cannot recommend this cabin enough!

Quiet and remote, easy access to eastern trailheads
We stayed over Easter week for a few days in Zion. Its location places it near two eastern Zion trailheads which can give you views of the East rim- with almost no people. We walked these from the cabin for some long hikes. Those not wanting to hike relaxed with movies, board games and books, just relaxed. The cabin is clean, cooking supplies great, and would definitely rent again.

We LOVE Zion! We have been spending our vacation time here 'experiencing zion' for over 10 years now. It's been so difficult to find a place to stay the last few years because of how popular this destination has become, so we decided to build our own place. We put everything we always wished we could find into our dream vacation spot! Since hiking and adventuring in Zion is our favorite activity, we chose a location where we could get to the trails without having to wait for crowded entrance lines or shuttles. Now we get to walk in straight from our doorstep! We hope you love it as much as we do!

It's the perfect spot! Right on the border of the Park. Away from the crowds, but with easy access to all the amenities in the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, quiet setting within walking distance of some of the Park's most amazing trails. Easy access 15 minute drive to Zion National Park's much less-crowded east entrance. Short drive to a multitude of resort amenities like horseback riding, climbing wall, zip-line, Jeep tours, rappelling, resort-style pools & hot tubs, 4 wheelers, guided tours, basketball, restaurant, etc., five minutes away.
