Very nice villa of 150 m2 with sea views, 1st line seaside, 800 m2 of land with direct access to the beach, private parking. 2 terraces to the east with furniture and barbecue and a deck to the west. Fully restored in 2011.

Rates: from 1280 to 3780 euros the week following the periods. Tourist tax included. Please note, sheets, linens and cleaning are not included in the price. But possibility to address our manager, Ms. Joelle Piedboeuf for these benefits.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, pyrolysis stove and oven safe glass; Independent toilet in the entrance; laundry room with fridge-freezer and washing machine; 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 sleeping 160, bathroom and toilet, the 2nd with 1 sleeping 140 and a 2nd 90 with separate bathroom.

Superbe maison en face de la mer. Très bien située pour rayonner au sud de l'île. La plage en face de la maison est calme avec très peu monde. Les propriétaires sont charmants et les voisins très accueillants

Un super moment en famille!
Maison bien équipée et idéalement située. On descend les escaliers au bout du jardin: la plage est à vous… très peu fréquentée contrairement aux autres plages.

Très bonne prestation. Nous avons presque envie de mentir pour faire croire que ce n'est pas bien et s'assurer ainsi de pouvoir profiter d'un nouveau séjour sans que cette villa soit prise d'assaut. Les propriétaires Claude et Daniel, ont répondu gentiment à nos questions et avaient semble t'il à coeur que nous passions une bonne semaine. Je ne vois pas comment on pourrait être déçu !
