***Honua Kai will be doing routine maintenance and painting of the Konea building exterior throughout 2024. Konea 815 is currently scheduled to be affected from 4/29/24 to 5/16/24. Schedule is subject to change. The project will consist of painting the exterior walls, which will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). Lanai furniture will be wrapped and cannot be unwrapped or used during the affected dates of the project, and the lanai will be unusable Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. To compensate, rates are substantially discounted. 4/18***
