3 BR/2 Full BA Condo. In-town - walkable to downtown and both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. 3 Bedrooms - One King w/ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms with Queen beds. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and bath necessities. Washer & Dryer. Mountain Views of Mt. MacKenzie and Mt. Moose from deck and Living Room.
A fantastic condo located near everything you want to do in Lake Placid. Walk to town and to boat access.
Guests will have full use of condo, except the owner's closets. The condo has plenty of room and closet space. Adirondack and antique furnishings make this a very warm and comfortable unit. Fireplace for those cold winter days. Large outdoor deck with great mountain views, patio furniture and gas grill for those lovey Spring, Summer and Fall days. North Elba Short Term Permit #200446.

Great Place!
We absolutely loved staying here! The accommodations were perfect and just as they seemed in the listing! We thoroughly enjoyed a few dry hours on the outdoor patio with the fire pit before the rain hit for the weekend! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful spot and place!

Perfect Place
We come to Lake Placid every year, and we will definitely be staying here again! It was such an easy walk to Main St, but also quiet enough to where you could hear the Loon's on the lake in the morning and at night. The place was much bigger than expected, and the porch was perfect for cozying up to the fire at night. Thanks Michael!
