We rent the ground floor apartment facing the garden. There is another small apartment that can also be rented; The owner lives in the same building but all three apartments have separate entrance, moreover, privacy and privacy are assured.
Bright house with a large garden where you can relax under the banner of typical Abruzzo hospitality.
The house is situated on the western outskirts of St. Apollinaris, village of 1000 inhabitants equipped with essential services. More provided the capital San Vito 5 Km and the towns of Ortona to Lanciano distant sea and 10 Km.

Perfect location in the country side !!!
This was the perfect location for my family and I to stay while we were visiting my grandfathers home town of Pennadomo. Very close to the sea and other small towns were just a short drive away. Giovanni and his family were great host.

Propriétaire particulièrement charmant et attentionné. Appartement dans un état impeccable, très confortable et très agréable, très bien équipé. La petite piscine est très appréciable. Location bien située, non loin des plages. Vivement recommandé.
