Lovely Holiday Home in Viechtach near the Forest

This cozy holiday home is located in Viechtach, Germany. There are 3 bedrooms where a total of 8 people can stay and the home is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. Additionally, you may bring up to 2 pets. The house is surrounded by beautiful forests.

The farm is idyllically situated and offers breathtaking views of the area. Nearby are numerous hiking and biking trails. In winter you can go cross-country and downhill skiing. You can take a trip to Grosse Arber, the Bavarian Forest National Park or to Passau. The center with restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment venues is located 7 km from the house.

The cozy house has everything you need. The living room has a comfortable couch and the kitchen is equipped with modern equipment. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 both a shower and a bath and in the storage room is a washing machine. You have your own garden with terrace where you can barbecue.

Bedingt zu Empfehlen
Vorab, absolut ruhig Lage und super Umgebung. Für wie beschrieben mit bis zu 8 Personen kaum vorstellbar. Innen durchaus möglich, allerdings wird es dann sehr eng. Ferienhaus sauber, aber sehr sporadisch. Kein Bild, kein Blümchen, keine Gästezeitung oder Gästebuch, Gästeticket gab es auch nicht. Frühstück oder entspannen auf der Terrasse ist bei Sonnenschein kaum möglich. Sämtliche Stühle defekt, Sonnenschirm defekt. Tischdecke und Auflagen, natürlich defekt oder verschlissen. Auf Anfrage beim Vermieter kam nur zur Antwort, weiß ich. Super, frag mich wie man da 2022 einen Awart bekommen konnte. War halt bisschen schade. Ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.

Grundsätzlich toller Aufenhalt
Das Haus ist für eine Gruppe von 5-6 Personen perfekt. Ein großer Vorteil sind die zwei Bäder und der Abstellraum vor dem Haus. Die Einrichtung könnte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden, auf jeden Fall das Kochgeschirr.

Nordische Biker unterwegs
Die Übergabe gestaltet sich ohne Schwierigkeiten einfach. Das Haus bot in unserem Fall genug Platz für fünf Motorradfahrer. Allein die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte mal wieder mit neuen Besteck, Tellern und Gläsern versehen werden. Aber eine klare Empfehlung von uns. Gefehlt hat nichts!
