This modern and charming chalet, with spectacular sea views, is located in Son Serra de Marina and is ideal for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity that the area has to offer.
The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. You will be able to enjoy your meals in the open air with unbeatable views. You have direct access to the living-dining room.

The living-dining room is ideal for reading a book, watching satellite TV or simply relaxing looking out of the window enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains of Cap Farrutx. The gas cooker has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms have wardrobes. A full bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The chalet is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. You will find a rocky beach at 20m and a large sandy beach of more than 1km in length at only 500m. At the end of the urbanisation you can find bars and restaurants. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your friends and family. Only 10 minutes away by car is Ca'n Picafort, a very urbanised area where you will find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities.

Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft.
I liked: Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Ein wirklich gutes Restaurant liegt direkt um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich. Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight. I did not like: Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Gläsern usw. darf gerne überarbeitet werden.

insgesamt sehr schöne ordentliche Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse. Leider im Detail nicht ganz sauber. Küchenarbeitsplatte, Scharniere der Schränke und Steckdosen doch sehr säuberungsbedürftig. Küchenausstattung müsste ergänzt werden. Vor allem Kochgeschirr. Sehr nettes Inhaberehepaar.

Eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub eben braucht. Die beiden Terrassen mit dem Blick auf's Meer waren der Hit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns aufgefallen sind. Z.B. wäre ein Hinweis auf die Mülltrennung hilfreich gewesen, das haben wir nur zufällig entdeckt. Und der Handtuchhalter im Bad sollte unbedingt erneuert werden.

Tolle Lage für Erholungssuchende
Hallo zusammen die Lage ist einmalig auch die Ausstattung ist ganz okay, aber leider war es überhaupt nicht sauber die Möbel insbesondere Küche und Couch verdreckt. Schade das der Vermieter das so schleifen lässt.
