Charming country mansion with swimming pool, near a golf course

A real * Norman manor with pool in the heart of the Auge, facing south and surrounded by flowering terraces and a park of 7 hectares.
The house consists of a ground floor an entrance hall, lounge / dining room (flat screen TV, stereo, board games and WiFi available) with a spectacular view of the valley and sunset, a fireplace Cathedral, a fully equipped kitchen
1st floor, 2 double bedrooms, a children's bedroom (bunk beds), a laundry, a bathroom with tub / double sinks and separate toilet.
2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub & sink, a shower room and separate toilet.

All rooms face south.

The park is fully enclosed and access is via an automated gate, remotely controlled.
Facilities: Two terraces overlooking valley or park view (tables & chairs, barbecue, children's bicycles, ping-pong). A swimming pool (12m x 5m) heated and seasonal situated close to the house (pool house and sun loungers).

Ideally located near Pont l'Eveque and 15mn Trouville-Deauville you can enjoy the tumult of the sea, the quiet of the countryside and villages of the Pays d'Auge (Cormeilles Blangy le Château Beaumont en Auge. ...) with their flea markets, markets and restaurants.

For amateurs, the Golf Barrière de Saint Julien is 800m and has a free tennis court (booking home of golf).

* Shared pool with the owner, open and heated from May to September depending on weather.

From the moment we arrived and was greeted by Nicolas, who made us feel very welcome
This has been the best family holiday we have ever had, everyone had freedom to enjoy themself, I havent heard the family laugh so much together in a long time. The children loved the pool, the outside spaces and the inter action with the animals, Nicolas was was the putfect host and coulld not do enought fro us

Super séjour
Belle et spacieuse demeure, dans son jus, décorée avec soin, bien équipée, très calme, au milieu de prairies peuplées d'animaux qui ont charmé petits et grands. Avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et particulièrement l'accueil des plus chaleureux de Nicolas. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, y revenir lors des beaux jours!

Traditional Normandy house house in beautiful setting
All three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this traditional Normandy farm house. The well equipped property has an excellent swimming pool and the house is characteristically rustic, warm and comfortable. The setting is private with great views across surrounding countryside and the very large garden is surrounded by fenced fields where sheep graze and hens and geese feed. Supermarkets and a host of other shops are nearby in the attractive town of Pont l'Eveque. The owner lives nearby and is warm and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended as a multigenerational holiday locations with facilities for all.

Deux semaines au Paradis
Une très belle demeure sur un large terrain avec une double terrasse et un beau jardin (avec des herbes frais pour la cuisine), des prés avec des moutons et des poulets. C’est tout à fait bucolique. La maison est bel restaurée, nous nous sommes trouvé comme « chez nous » ; des grandes chambres décorées avec beaucoup de gout jusqu’au des petits détails rigolos ; la cuisine avec tout l´équipement nécessaire et une belle piscine avec une vue superbe sur la vallée de la Touques. L’air est très bonne, on sent que la mer est près. L'excellent accueil de Nicolas nous a permis de passer deux semaines de rêve, il est le meilleur hôte qu’on peut imaginer. Il s’engage tous de suite si il y a un petit problème ; autrement il tient la distance et laisse profiter les locataires de leur vacances en toute tranquillité. Nous avions eu un temps très heureux dans cette maison!
