* When booking, tell us about yourself and what brings you to Denton. Must be 24, or over. The cottage is best suited for 3-4 adults or a small family. Capacity is 4 for both adults and children. If you need to add a 5th child, contact host before booking.
* The cottage is not childproof. Notify host if bringing children or if children are visiting.
* PETS to be approved in advance. Prefer no multiple pets unless prior approval is met. A non-refundable pet deposit is required. Deposit waived for people with disabilities who have assistance animals registered with the state. Ask to see our pet policy.
* There is a surveillance camera on the front porch.

Shed on premise for suitcases and containers, but it is recommended you put your extra belongings into a climate controlled storage facility.
* Maintenance may need to be conducted during your stay, in which we will give you prior notice.
