The king master suite contains a spacious king bed, a sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted spa tub as well as a walk in shower. This condo sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with king and queen guest bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will also find a washer/dryer and parking for up to 4 cars (2 in garage) for your convenience. Located in a central part of Panama City Beach, Vista del Mar I is a 4-plex with amazing gulf views, right across the street from the beach! Beach Access #46 is approximately 50ft from this complex and allows for easy trips to the sugar white sand beach. As a small 4-unit complex, Vista del Mar I allows for the quite relaxation that may be harder to achieve at a larger complex.

Rest-A-While 201 is located on the 2nd floor of the 4-plex. For groups that need additional sleeping arrangements, both BEST Day 202 (2nd floor) and Ocean Overlook 302 (3rd floor), located in the same 4-plex, can also be rented.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site.
