From its 2 terraces of 60 m² and 160 m², this villa, renovated in 2014, offers you on 2200 m² of land planted with olive trees, yukas and laurels, breathtaking views of Ajaccio bay and the Sanguinaires Islands which you can observe without moderation by a swimming pool (5X11) heated from April to October inclusive, secured by barriers and an alarm. This villa on two levels comprises on the upper floor: 2 bedrooms with sea view (180 + 160 beds) with a shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 dressing room, the living room - dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor: 2 bedrooms (140 + 2X90 bed) sea view, 2 shower rooms, 1 with WC, 1 separate toilet, a dormitory with 6 single beds (pool view) and 1 linen room. This villa can accommodate up to 14 people. All the necessary comfort is present: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, Weber barbecue, deckchairs for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. Just a few minutes from the shops, the beaches of Porticcio and Ajaccio, the airport, come and relax and rest. Tourist tax included in the price of the stay. Exit cleaning extra compulsory.

Great villa with everything a family needs!
Everything was great! The only thing is a car is required as the villa is 15-20 mins drive from beach and 5-7 mins drive from the closest shops restaurants. Walking is not really an option. We had a car so this was not a problem for us and we really enjoyed the villa and the area!

Super Sommerferien auf Korsika
Tolle Lage mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen hinter Ajaccio. Erstklassige Terasse. Super Pool. Moderne Inneneinrichtung. Der Flughafen in entfernter Sichtweite stört nicht. Im Gegenteil interessant für die Kinder, die Flugzeuge bei Start und Landung zu beobachten. Es sind nicht viele. Starts hört man, Landundgen kaum.

Magnifique propriété, seuls 2 bémols : pas de climatisation et les horaires de la piscine. Les recommandations par rapport au voisinage gâchent l'arrivée en vacances, dommage.

Rien que pour la vue ...
Villa impeccable , bien placée ,une vue magnifique à 170° sur la mer et la montagne , très grande surface ,très grande terrasse . Nous avons passé des super vacances en famille , bien accueillie par Marie-Christine .
