3 miles from Summerfest on the Lakefront. A newly remodeled three bedroom home with a garage. Free internet.
Fully furnished with two queen beds, and one king sleep number bed, And a Washer and Dryer.

It is a dog friendly, it has a front yard only. There is a park across the street and a dog park down the road.

Downtown Bayview is full of night life, Great restaurants and bars with many activity's like gallery nights, and an annual Bike race around the square, and a lot of dinner or historical boat cruise's. Never a dull moment, The lake front is great if you have a boat or want to rent one too.

Cleanliness is an issue
The property itself is very cute, affordable and walking distance to all restaurants and bars in the area! It is also only a short 5km walk to downtown! As many have pointed out the cleanliness is a concern. The floors were dirty, the shower/bath and bathrooms all could have used a good scrubbing clean and the coffee pot had mold in it (coffee left over from some other occupant I assume) The owners were always quick to respond and they did have their cleaning lady drop off a gift card for the concern ($10 card to Starbucks... for 6 of us) a better option would have to brought a new coffee pot to the home! Overall the reviews on this place are super accurate ... the property itself has a lot of character and is super comfortable for 6 adults... just a good clean after every persons stay would take this property to a 5 star.

Great Location to Milwaukee Events
My husband, myself, son and two small dogs stayed here while visiting my daughter and fiancé for Easter . It was close to my favorite Bayview restaurant for brunch. It was close to my daughter, too and a quick jump on the freeway. It had everything you would need, with extra linens in the laundry room. The only problem were the steep winding stairs going upstairs. The steps were small, too. I have sore knees, so made it a challenge. Would not recommend for anyone with joint issues. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice place overall. Quiet neighborhood, too.

Great property, great host
We had a great stay (despite a minor heating hiccup) and feel very lucky at how responsive, concerned, and conscientious our hosts were. The house is bigger than it looks in pictures, all the rooms were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location and size
The property was exactly as listed, clean, easy check-in and responsive owner. We loved the location with a great brewery just around the corner. Also, it was an easy drive to American Family Stadium. Nice little neighborhood as well.
