We are a working family of four and our home is available when we are traveling. House has steep stairs and would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. All bedrooms are located upstairs with nice views. No smoking please. Rental agreement will be provided for signature to booked guests.

Perfect location and great house
We came from California to visit our son who is in the AF. This house was perfect for our family. Clean, neat, great amenities! We used the bikes a ton and bbq a few times. Went to Eco adventures for stand up paddeling and saw manatee/dolphins. Kim was so helpful with places to go from restaurants to groceries and activities. Kim was available if needed and so accommodating. Highly recommend this house for families/ friends. Beautiful empty beach a 2 min walk away Thank you Kim for everything!!

Great family house
We had a great week at the house. Everything we needed was provided from a well stocked kitchen (pots/pans, dishes, plastic storage containers etc.) to towels to tv access. Kim was great about contacting us and sharing local activities. She was also quick to respond to text questions and very helpful. The outside shower was great and all appliances worked as they should. We would definitely recommend this house.

Great property, great location, and excellent communication. The owners communicated through email and text making our stay very simple. There were no surprises and we would certainly stay there again. We were able to walk many places and only a short drive to others. Thank you!

This home is a wonderful family beach experience! Kim and Mark were so helpful with all questions answered within 5 minutes. The property is in a wonderful part of Melbourne Beach.
