This beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated home has spectacular ocean views from nearly everywhere in the house, as well as views of the beautiful Maui mountains. You have the ocean and small sandy beach just steps from your lanai.
There are three bedrooms. The master facing the ocean with a king bed with a spectacular upper lanai, the second bedroom facing the mountains with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and twin bed (or the king bed can be converted to two twins for a total of three twin beds on the third floor). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor. Large butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. The home is very well supplied and provides all the comforts of home.
This home is part of the beautifully landscaped, gated community of Puamana. If you have never been to Puamana, you may very well find yourself falling in love with the property and wanting to return year after year as many guests do. Puamana is a picturesque oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds.
We offer so many extras -- hammock, owner bicycles for guest use, tennis racquets, beach chairs and don't forget the second floor lanai with chaise lounge chairs and umbrella for sunbathing and star gazing.
There are three swimming pools(including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/clubhouse, and large grassy open spaces. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot which residents can access right from the property!
Puamana is located in Lahaina about a mile from the historic downtown. Here you will find many great restaurants, galleries, shops and activities -- just walking distance from your home.

Call owner for specials. Rates might be slightly higher for holidays; discounts for stays longer than 2 weeks, or last-minute bookings.
Puamana Association Fees: $10/day (up to 10 days) vehicle registration fee which includes a parking pass for one vehicle; second parking pass for only $10 flat fee.
$200 departure cleaning fee is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.

$1000 downpayment required with signed agreement in order to hold the dates; for longer stays, a larger downpayment will be required. Full payment will be due 90 days prior. We accept personal or bank checks payable in US dollars, or visa/mastercard. Once final payment is received, all codes, instructions, directions and family recommendations will be forwarded.
