There is a superb view of the high mountain pasture and the ski runs without being overlooked. At any time, you will enjoy the south-facing balcony as well as the one on the east side.

Summer stay:

In the summer, you will enjoy the exterior swimming pool of the apartment building.

From the apartment, you go to fantastic walks and hikes, or take the summer chair lift that will take you directly to the high mountain pasture.

During the summer at Morillon, you will find a charming ski station and the Giffre Valley.

In the heart of the Haute-Savoie, located in the Annecy Lake, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Geneva (Switzerland), there is the ideal starting point to discover Haute-Savoie and Geneva.

Winter stay:

From the apartment, you will be close to the slopes, starting from the ski runs, and near to the 'Village of the Snow' for children.

You can leave your skis down the residence and go directly to ski on the slopes of the Grand Massif (Flaine, Samoëns, etc.), with its 265 km of ski runs.

The ski area of the Grand Massif (Morillon, Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz d'Araches, and Sixt) culminates at 2500 m facing Mont-Blanc.
You will enjoy the 265 km of slopes and 80 aerial lifts, as well as 90 km of ski runs.

Due to its exceptional geographical location, the ski area of the Grand Massif benefits from a privileged snow-covered area (80% of the skiing area is facing the north, which good provides good conditions of snow.

Snow shoeing, walks along the many hiking trails, and ice rinks complement the range of winter leisure activities in Morillon and Haut-Giffre Valley.

In terms of leisure activities and summer tourism, our valley is a small paradise for nature, hiking and mountain biking (450 km of hiking trails and 400 km of mountain bike trails), the charm of the 'Sixt Fer à Cheval' nature reserve.
All mountain activities are possible: white water sports, mountain sports (hiking, climbing, canyoning, caving, Via Ferrata) and air sports (paragliding, hot air ballooning...).
The Morillon leisure centre with its blue lake offers a restful and relaxing setting. On site: fishing, swimming, tennis, volleyball, horse riding, pony club, forestry course in the trees... or simply lazing around!
