This home is located between Green Valley, AZ and Tubac, AZ. It has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. There is a covered porch on both back and front of home, also outdoor chairs and tables. There is a 2 car garage. The back yard is completely fenced. The home is located on 20 acres, private, beautiful view of Elephant Head/Mount Hopkins. Wildlife often wanders through the property. It's about a 20 minute drive to Green Valley, no street lights, easy access!
The home has a washer and dryer, master bedroom has a king size (med firm) bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size (firm) mattress. 1 extra set of sheets are in each bedroom. Bathrooms include three towels, two hand towels and wash clothes.
There is high speed internet at the home. The television offers local channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and Prime TV.

Beautiful stay again!
We love staying at Debbie's property! It's just perfect and she's always lovely to work with. Communication is great and we're always grateful to be able to call her house our temporary home.

Private location between Green Valley and Tubac
Wonderful, private location that was everything that it was advertised to be. Debbie provided excellent communication before and during our trip. Everything that you could think of was provided in the rental, from dish soap and laundry detergent to dog water bowls and a fenced yard and everything in between. The use of a garage was a great plus for us. The TV antenna and internet worked fine throughout our stay. Having lived in the area previously, we did not use Debbie for local information, but she made herself available if we had any needs or questions. We saw mule deer and fox on the property (and heard coyotes and smelled javelinas). Would definitely stay (and hopefully will) again.

GREAT place in southern Arizona
This is an amazing place to get away from it all in southern. Great house and great owners! This is the perfect place to enjoy desert living but still have access to the city a few minutes away. Debbie is a very gracious host.

My Husband and I built this home in 2013. We love the peace and privacy of this home. We live next to the 20 acres that this property is on, and love to meet the folks that come to stay there. But privacy is important, so other than a 'hello', we will respect your privacy, but if something arises and you need our help, we'll be close by.

We only would recommend this property to people that enjoy the desert and nature, also peace and privacy. It's close enough to shopping and doctors, but not too close to chaos.
