Spotlessly clean and with tons of natural light, this gorgeous little hideaway is continuously being upgraded and redecorated. We enjoy it! New from top to bottom! From luxury bedding to silverware to high-quality glassware to balcony furniture to charging stations and beach chairs, if it isn't new, it's a classic treasure that we have collected in our own wanderings. Decorated in the colors of coastal life, our furnishings are composed of natural textures - wood, shells, weavings, glass and metals. Natural living at its best! And we are a CORNER UNIT. Full Ocean Views!!!!

We specialize in sunrises! Directly across the street from a beautiful and never-crowded beach, there are ocean views from the balcony which are lovely in the morning for the sunrise or to enjoy cocktails in the evening. Look for dolphins, through the living room sliding doors, the dining room window, from the kitchen window or both bedroom windows. You can't ask for much more of a water view!

Our well-sized bedroom has an elegant queen bed and a new upgraded antique desk for a good work space, if you need to get some work done. There is also a charging station on the wall for all of your devices and a bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music. Bedroom faces and east and north and the waves are so relaxing in the morning. Large deep closet space in the bedroom has plenty of room for clothing or suitcases. Luggage racks with shoe shelves provided as well. We are also very much about sleep hygiene! For the person who does not always sleep well, we use all natural bamboo (cooling bedding), brand new bamboo darkening blinds, a red light ceiling-projection alarm clock..... No blue lights in the bedroom, so you can have your BEST night's sleep! Please note that we do not have a television in the bedroom. TV in living area only. Extra firm Simmons Beautyrest mattress. We 💖 our new mattress!

The living room is comfortable and cozy and overlooks the sea or into the lovely courtyard at the Court of Palms. Brand new sofa is super comfy and a great place to relax. Custom made bamboo window treatments give complete privacy or amazing views. Brand new 55 inch LG smart TV has full cable with channel guide and on demand programming, Netflix and Amazon Prime. the unit has high-speed secure wifi too.

Galley kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and is equipped with brand-new small appliances and another charging station on the wall. Water filtration system means we have great tasting water and no need for you to buy bottled water during your stay. New dishwasher and full sized microwave oven. We enjoy cooking here so we hope that you will too! Lots of spices are on our magnetic spice rack on the side of the fridge. You'll also find solid, high quality dishes, glassware, cooking gadgets and flatware.

Located in a lovely small building of only 20 units, it also has a very nice communal pool and deck area which is great for sunbathing, socializing or getting a warm respite on a windy day. Guests and residents alike love our sundeck!! A gas grill as well as an on-site laundry room are all available in the common areas. This unit has one assigned space but there is plenty of guest parking on site too.

Long term rentals may require a lease contract depending on length of stay and may incur additional cleaning fees, to be arrnaged in advance. Please send inquiries for longer stays which can be discounted.

Always being upgraded, this unit is a perfect getaway for ADULTS ONLY. NO CHILDREN AND NO PETS PLEASE. ALSO, Absolutely no smoking inside. Our unit accomodates two adults. Although we do have extra sheets on site and we always stock plenty of towels, we do not provide additonal bedding for more than two guests. We do live locally and are on site frequently. We appreciate your understanding of our house policies. :)

Also, we kindly remind you that we live locally and this beautiful space is also an actual home to us and we love it very much. Please remember that it is NOT a hotel and that it should be treated, respected and kept tidy like your own home. 💜
