This unit will allow for up to 14 guests. The price is a complete price. No taxes and no additional costs are required nor are you required to attend any timeshare presentations.

Unit Description:
Our updated 4 bedroom condo has one very large Master suite that includes a huge, HUGE Roman Tub, a second Bedroom with two queen beds, TV's in both bedrooms, a full kitchen, wet bar, pull out sofa in the Living Room and a big screen TV. Attached via common doors are two lockoff's. Both have King beds and queen sofa sleepers and a mini kitchen. They also have a separate entry if needed.
There are screened lanai's for three of the four BR's with additional entrance from the living room. All have unobstructed views overlooking the lake at the Lake's edge. You will have a spectacular view that allows you to watch the fireworks from Disneyworld for New Year's Eve! They put on a nice show.
Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa is a true FIVE STAR property with a very luxurious spa.

Food: The Smokehouse Grill, Pizza Hut, Sid’s Deli and a marketplace with most of the needs all right on site.
Location:
Located at the intersection of I-4 and the Beeline Expressway on Turkey Lake Road. Estimated travel times are: 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes from Universal Studios and 4 minutes from Sea World (just across the freeway).
You cannot be better located with easy I-4 access and there is a very large Walmart about 2 minutes away so you can provision the room for the week.
Other Area Attractions: Beside the numerous major Orlando attractions that are all minutes from Westgate Lake Resort & Spa, there is a list just below of attractions that are close by and onsite enjoy tennis, volleyball, bike rentals and shuffleboard which are available at the resort along with lots more and many, many pools. We enjoyed the miniature golf course with the kids several times. Golf is near by.
Remember, you are not required to attend any timeshare presentations. They are very high pressure and not worth it in my opinion. No matter what they offer you. Your vacation time is more valuable!
Guests will be responsible for any damages or losses just as if you were at any hotel.
