Enjoy this luxurious and comfortable condo that is conveniently located on the Comal River, across the street from Schlitterbahn and within walking distance of Historic Downtown New Braunfels. The Hill Country décor with Saltillo tile floors throughout makes this property charmingly unique with a southwestern influence.

The Float Inn is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed for each guest. You are provided your lock code with your arrival information. Check-in is contactless and self-serve. Arrive at your convenience and let yourself in with your code. No keys to keep up with!

The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen opens up into the bar and dining room that comfortably seats 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. The kitchen has a wine refrigerator and high efficiency front loading washer and dryer for your convenience. Watch cable TV on a large 46' flat screen from the comfort of two leather couches. Step out onto the balcony to take in the pristine beauty of the spring-fed Comal River that stays a constant 72 degrees year round.

Tucked away upstairs are the master and guest bedrooms for privacy and rest. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV.

Drink your morning coffee while watching the resident birds, deer, and other wildlife from the private 3rd floor balcony located off the spacious master suite with a king size bed. The master bath has a separate shower and tub.

Curl up in the guest room on one of two full-sized beds with reading lamps and a good book. The combination tub/shower is separate from the sink and dressing area for privacy and added convenience.

The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 guests. The condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds. Groups with more than 6 guests are welcome to bring an air bed. Extra bedding is provided.

Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles per condo per HOA policy. Extra parking passes cannot be provided.

***Alternative terms and payment arrangements for long-term stays (30+ nights, October through April). Monthly rate is $2000.

Relaxing Views
We went to New Braunfels for my daughter birthday celebration. We really enjoyed this rental. Great patio and view of the Comal. Each night a herd of deer would visit below and what a majestic creator. The condo was fully furnished and the beds were comfortable. Great response from owner when we had questions. We would stay there again.

Perfect River Front Condo
We have rented from Suzanne 3 times now and have stayed in 2 of her condos. I love this condo, it is conveniently located on the river with river access and right across the street from Schlitterbahn. Suzanne’s condos are well kept, neat, and have everything you need, including a book to help with suggested food choices, shopping, and things to do as well as tubing info. Beds are comfortable and our 9 year old loves all the deer we see when we visit. We will definitely stay in her condo again. It’s great for family trips and has a pool and hot tub. Charming unit.
