This holiday home built in Tyrolean style in Matrei in Osttirol has 5 bedrooms, a private terrace and shared garden, so that you can enjoy stunning views. You can house 8 people, making it well-suited for a large family.
You can take the ski bus or get involved in cross country, 1 km away from the home. The town centre is 5 km away, where there are shops also. The nearest ski lift is 5 km away. There is a lake at 20 km.
Who would go indoors when there is a private terrace and a garden, to soak in the views and enjoy meals. Kids will not get bored here as play equipment, table football and sand pit are available for recreation. Parking is on-site. Ski boot heaters are also there so that you can have warm boots. There is a recreation room, with TV and stove. You can bring 2 of your pets for a small fee.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Een ruime woning in een nog niet zo bekend maar fantastisch gebied. Veel wandelmogelijkheden. Ook een mooi zwembad in de buurt . Het huis is gedateerd maar is wel van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een fantastische week gehad.

Vom Wort LUXURIÖSES Ferienhaus mal abgesehen war das Haus wie in der Beschreibung. Gute Lage, sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus ist sehr alt und rustikal. Wunderbar für entspannte Tage. Die zweckmäßige Einrichtung hat für alle Eventualitäten ausgereicht. Das Bad mit 2 extra Toiletten war für 6 Personen perfekt. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren ein erfreuliches Extra. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Heerlijk ruim huis. Gedateerd ingericht, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is (ruim voldoende) voorhanden. Als zou een grote pan een aanvulling kunnen zijn. De matrassen zijn dun, waardoor je het bed als 'hard' kan ervaren. Er is veel ruimte voor het huis en de ligging is zeker gunstig te noemen. Vanuit het huis is veel bereikbaar binnen 30 auto-minuten.

Super leuk vakantiehuis met een vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij zijn hier al 2 keer geweest en hebben alweer geboekt voor volgend jaar. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat nodig is om een goede vakantie te hebben en het skigebied Matrei-Kals ligt op 5 minuten autorijden. Als ik dan toch 1 minpunt moet noemen is het de matrassen. Die zouden wel eens vernieuwd mogen worden.
