A wonderful place to stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean, orderly, well kept and furnished.which made for an enjoyable stay. The location was close to the places we wished to visit and Paul was very friendly and accommodating. The next time we visit this part of Florida, this property will be our first choice..

Three month holiday out of the cold
We enjoyed our three month stay in this accommodation. The large studio was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Situated close too all amenities (several beach’s/groceries/eateries/churches). Outlet mall 45 minutes. Quiet neighbourhood close to downtown in a small town but close to Tampa/Clearwater/st Pete’s area. The owner (Paul)on site is very friendly and co-operative. Very interested in assuring we had a great holiday.

Fair rating
Needs repairs. Outside passage set can't be locked. Inside door can be locked and deadbolted but sticks and has to slammed to close. Carpet tacks protrude out of carpet @ entrance to bathroom. No mirror for shaving at bath sink. Curtain over air conditioner does not give privacy. Controls for air conditioner are hard to operate. No hair dryer. Location is very good.
