This charming historic apartment with terrace is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk to Dubrovnik's Old Town gate, and most popular beach. Enjoy the lovely private terrace shaded by grapevines, perfect for meals and relaxing.

With air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV, internet, and private parking, this apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday in comfort and style.

This authentic Dubrovnik family home features open stone work, mosaic tile floors and other artistic touches throughout. The master bedroom upstairs features original antique wood furniture, a king sized bed and views of the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. The adjacent second bedroom features two new, comfortable fold-out single beds, which can be arranged as 2 twin beds or one double bed.

The kitchenette includes 2-burner stove top, double sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The apartment stays comfortably cool in summer with two air conditioning units. Reserved off site parking is available upon request. Parking MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance from all Dubrovnik’s most popular attractions, shops, markets, bakery, restaurants and bus lines.

Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed by a staircase. The stairs are a bit steep, but very sturdy. However, this apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. The second bedroom is an open room at the top of the staircase.

Pros: Excellent location, nice terrace, professional and helpful owners, excellent communication and service Can be improved: More bins e.g. in bathroom, living area and upstairs; the floor was cold and didn't have carpet, so best to bring a pair of slippers, more comfortable sitting like sofa and cushions would be welcome, the terrace chairs are made of iron or cement and hurt a bit :))

My husband and I moved to Dubrovnik in 2001. This house belonged to his great-grandfather and has been kept in the family for 5 generations.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is located in an authentic stone family house, that has been home to our family for more than five generations. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom provide modern convenience, while retaining the authentic charm of our family heritage. This apartment has been open to guests since 2011.

What makes this property unique

Even though this apartment is just 3 minutes away from the Old Town and beaches, it still feels very private and quiet in the evenings. Shops, restaurants, banks and bus lines are just a few metres away, and reserved parking (always hard to find in the summer!) is an extra plus.
