Beautiful 3 bedroom 2165 square foot ranch. All furniture and kitchen ware is brand new. Started from scratch. Large living room and additional family room for your enjoyment. Covered patio with nice patio furniture to enjoy the Arizona sunshine. 2 Car garage with opener. Very nice kitchen and all new cookware.
We are renting by the month or week. Whatever works for you. Nice neighborhood with golf course in this community. Very nice golf course and 3 Olympic size pools and hot tubs that you are able to use for your enjoyment. Part of the rental agreement. 30 minutes from Mesa and about 50 minutes from Scottsdale Beautiful covered patio with new patio furniture. 3 TV's with Direct Tv and free HBO. 2 mountain bikes for your enjoyment.

Excellent Stay
My wife and I spent 3 months at this property. Was an excellent experience. The host was very easy to talk to, very accessible, and responded quickly if we had a question. The property is as described, and is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We will, and plan on, returning next year.
