A central staircase serves all of the rooms.
On the ground floor is the dining room with a full kitchen and a game room.
At the upper level, 2 bedrooms.
Then the bathroom, toilet and living room overlooking a large fenced area where the private pool is located (dimensions: 6,60m x 3,30m and 1,55m standard depth).
This farm is terraced with another house (listing # 900329). There are not overlooked, the two houses are completely independent.

Une semaine forte agréable dans ce petit gîte. Le plus est la piscine privative ainsi que la proximité sur les sites principaux de la région Château de Suze-la-Rousse, Grignan..

Séjour à Visan été 2022
Nous avons pu découvrir la très belle région entre Valréas, Vaison-la-Romaine et Nyons sans oublier le Ventoux très proche. Le gite est au calme dans une propriété viticole, au milieu des vignes, oliviers et chênes truffiers. Vielle maison vigneronne rénovée, nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse et de la piscine privative. Propriétaire accueillante et à l'écoute. Bref, nous recommandons pleinement et sommes prêts à renouveler l'expérience!

Calme et sérénité
Merveilleux séjour dans ce gîte atypique dans sa configuration. Très bel espace extérieur avec piscine. Hôtes très sympathiques, alentours agréables et belles visites à faire. Idéal tant pour nous que pour nos filles qui ont déjà demandé pour y séjourner à nouveau!

Vacances comme à la maison
Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur par Stéphanie et Régis. La maison était parfaite et nous disposions de tout le confort nécessaire comme si nous avions été chez nous. L'environnement de la maison est époustouflant, entourée de vignes et avec une vue sur la vallée. La situation nous a aussi permis de visiter les plus beaux coins de Provence. Nous avons déjà hâtes de revenir... Stéphanie et Régis ont largement contribué à rendre ces vacances parfaites, tant pour les petits que pour les grands. Stéphanie, Sébastien, Lucie et Alexis
